Let us take the mess and stress away from organising your children’s party! When you book a party with us at Harborough Leisure Centre or Lutterworth Sports Centre you can sit back and allow us to organise the party, entertain the children and tidy up afterwards – for an all inclusive price. All you have to do is bring the children!

The options are yours – from the food you eat to the activities you choose.

What party activities do we offer?

• ‘Hot Wheelz’ roller disco parties – take over the sports hall and skate to your hearts content to all your favourite tunes! If you don’t have your own skates, we’ll even lend you a pair of ours for the session.
  
• ‘Football Crazy’ soccer skills parties – for all budding beckhams, this party is for you! An hour of football skills and drills followed by mini matches – all taken for you by your party host.
  
• ‘Bouncy Birthday’ bouncy castle parties – recommended for children aged 10 and under to enjoy an hour of unlimited fun on our giant bouncy castle! (Harborough Leisure Centre only)
  
• ‘Team Games’ multi skills and activity parties – your party host will organise a range of fun team games and multi skills activities for children of all ages and abilities! (Lutterworth Sports Centre only)
  
• ‘Inflatable Fun’ pool party – children are invited to take over the pool and our giant inflatable – accompanied by a cd of your choice played onto poolside!
  

When can I book my party?

All parties are bookable up to 3 months in advance of your chosen date. Party slots are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and are suitable for children aged 4 and above.

What party food options are available?
Choose from either -
Hot food ‘party boxes’ with children’s choice of chicken/vegetable nuggets or sausage accompanied by chips and a drink
Cold food buffet with, sandwiches, vegetable sticks, crisps, and fruit.

Party food must be ordered no later than 2 weeks before the party date

How much do they cost?

All dryside parties including ‘Hot Wheelz’, ‘Football Crazy’, ‘Bouncy Birthday’, and ‘Team Games’ are £65.00.
Swimming Pool ‘Inflatable Fun’ parties are £90.00
Hot or cold food will be an additional charge of £4.50 per child
An extra half an hour in our party room is also available at a cost of £20.00
What does the party include?

55 minutes of your chosen activity
A party host to entertain and organised the kids
A party invitation for every child
Half an hour for food in the party room (if ordered)

How do I book my party?

1. Contact your chosen centre to confirm your preferred party date is available.
2. Complete the party booking form and party food booking form if applicable
3. Return your form to your chosen centre to book the party
4. Pay for your party in full at the time of booking
5. Distribute invitations
6. Sit back and enjoy your party experience!
